Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennell

Everyone thought she will win the crown but alas she was ranked the lowest among the Top 5. We are of course talking about Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennel who was a crowd favorite.

Olivia Culpo's reaction

Even a former Miss Universe, Olivia Culpo was rooting for Kaci Fennell from Jamaica. Culpo spent much of the evening giving her expert pageant opinion on Twitter, making it clear that her picks for the prize were Miss Colombia and Miss Jamaica.

It was Miss Colombia Paulina Vega who wound up taking the title. “Amazing. Miss Colombia is #MissUniverse2015. Although I have a huge crush on Jamaica I looooove Colombia,” Culpo tweeted.
