Priyanka Chopra started her career in Bollywood with The Hero: Love Story of a Spy in 2002. Chopra's hits include ‘Don’ opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan and ‘Dostana’ with Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham among others. She recently also lent her voice to Disney movie ‘Planes’.

She joins Bollywood superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Sharmila Tagore in supporting UNICEF’s work for children in India and around the world. “I am very honored to formalise my association with UNICEF as their National Ambassador to help bring awareness for Child Rights and adolescence.” said Priyanka Chopra at today’s signing ceremony in Delhi. “Over the past few years, I have worked very closely with the team at UNICEF to bring awareness to a number of causes related to India's young and I realised that there is so much more to be done. I hope that by lending my voice I can make a difference to their lives.”
Priyanka Chopra made her singing debut with international music single In My City, featuring American rapper will.i.am. "My parents were very emotional when they heard my song. This was my dad's dream. My dad was not all that happy when I became an actor and won national awards, like he is today," Priyanka Chopra told reporters here at the unveiling of the album. In India, "In My City" was a commercial success. It sold 130,000 copies in its first week and was certified triple platinum.
In 2013, Chopra released her second single Exotic, featuring Pitbull. Exotic contains English and Hindi lyrics, the video has received over 40 million views on YouTube in 10 months.
2014 : Priyanka Chopra recorded a version of "I Can't Make You Love Me" for her upcoming debut studio album. Chopra's version is used to promote Beats by Dre. She pays homage to the classic movie Say Anything in her commercial for the Beats by Dre Pill XL portable Bluetooth speaker.
