This gorgeous girl is a graduate of Auburn University with a business marketing degree. It's not her first time as a pageant girl, previously Fletcher won the title of Miss Georgia Teen USA 2009. She placed as the first runner-up in the Miss Teen USA Pageant on Friday, July 31, 2009.
