Emanii Davis is Miss Georgia USA 2016

Emanii Davis was crowned Miss Georgia USA 2016 by outgoing titleholder Brooke Fletcher on November 21, 2015. She will have the opportunity to compete at the 2016 Miss USA Pageant where she hopes to be crowned by the reigning Miss USA Olivia Jordan from Oklahoma. The young woman crowned Miss USA 2016 will go on to represent the United States in the Miss Universe competition.

Her dream is to work for E! News or CNN as a broadcaster. "I plan to be well off financially, living in a big city, and hopefully married with a child or two. Most importantly, I plan to be happy and enjoying life." she said.

Emanii was the fourth runner up in the Miss Georgia USA 2014 pageant. Georgia is within the top fifteen states in terms of most semifinalist placings (20) and is one of only seven states to have won more than one Miss Photogenic award.

Despite having a large number of runners-up, no Miss Georgia USA has won the national title.
