Miss Florida USA 2017 is Linette De Los Santos

Miss Florida USA 2017 Genesis Davila has been dethroned because she used professional stylists to help with her hair and makeup in her private room, which is a violation of pageant rules. Her first Runner-Up Linette De Los Santos will take over the responsibilities as the new Miss Florida USA.

Linette hails from Santo Domingo in Dominican Republic. She studied law at the NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Linette will have the opportunity to represent Florida at the 2017 Miss USA Pageant where she will try to succeed Deshauna Barber from District Of Columbia.
