Louina is currently pursuing her nursing degree from Pasco State College, Galen College of Nursing. She currently works as a nursing assistant and hopes to continue her education to become a neotatal nurse practitioner. She believes it’s important to set an example for others so that more people will come together with loving, caring, and helpful actions.

Currently, America's Miss World is the official national pageant that selects the contestant from the United States to Miss World.
The gorgeous Tiffany Pisani was crowned Miss Universe Malta 2017. She will have the opportunity to represent her country at the 2017 Miss Universe Pageant later this year.
The Miss Malta Universe Contest is organised by Glow Promotions. Before creating Miss Universe Malta, the Miss Malta winners participated in the Miss Universe pageant in 1968 to 2001. Rosalie Theuma was the last Maltese representative in Miss Universe.
The gorgeous Alexandra Curtis, who'll be competing in Miss World America 2017 in a few days, is all about breaking stereotypes to set the record straight on so-called pageant girls. She is currently pursuing a career in the Rhode Island Army National Guard as a Human Resources Specialist. Her previous work experience has been in politics.
Her Beauty With a Purpose project is “Leading Ladies: Equipping Young Women With the Skills to Lead.” She started this project four years ago to address the gender gap of women in political leadership on college campuses and build a pipeline of qualified women to run for office from the local level to federal government. It has turned into a greater effort to equip young women with leadership skills in a variety of fields, especially where women have been underrepresented.
Alexandra first began competing in pageants in 2006 with National American Miss. In 2013 she began competing with the Miss America Organization where she won Miss Upstate New York 2013. In May 2015, she represented West Warwick and won the title of Miss Rhode Island 2015. The beauty queen was Rhode Island's representative at the Miss America 2016 pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in September 2015.
