"Dear Santa Cruz and Bolivian people. I am writing to inform you that I have decided to renounce to my title of Miss Santa Cruz and Miss Bolivia Universe 2015. I was expected to represent our country at the 2016 Miss Universe Pageant . The decision was made for personal reasons. I have mixed feelings, because I love my people and I felt very proud to have won the crown of Miss Bolivia Universe, so I will always be grateful to all of you, my beautiful people.
I just feel like I need to close one chapter before I open up another one. But I'm fine, I will leave the country for a few months. Thank you for everything, I will never forget you. Really, thank you very much, I have lived a beautiful journey as your Miss Universe Bolivia.

Who will represent Bolivia at Miss Universe 2016 ?
This means she will no longer represent Bolivia at Miss Universe 2016. Instead, the winner of Miss Bolivia 2016, which will be held early this summer, will represent Bolivia at Miss Universe 2016
