Miss Universe 2014 to be held in Azerbaijan ?

After weeks of rumours about Miss Universe 2014 in Brazil and Dubai, now we talk about Baku in Azerbaijan. Officials from the Miss Universe Organization; Paula Shugart: the current President of Miss Universe Organization, Miss Universe : Gabriela Isler and Esther Swan: MUO Talent Director were seen in Baku. They visit Azerbaijan for negotiations.
