Noelia Freire, 23, of Castela-Mancha was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2016 on December 5, 2016. Noelia will have the opportunity to represent Spain at the 2016 Miss Universe Pageant on January 30, 2017 in the Philippines.

Romanie Schotte was crowned Miss Belgium 2017. She will have the opportunity to compete at Miss World 2017 while the first runner-up will go to Miss Universe 2017. Lenty Frans Miss Belgium 2016 of Antwerp crowned her successor at the end of the event.

Alena Spodynyuk from Kiev will have the opportunity to represent her country, Ukraine, at the 2016 Miss Universe Pageant on January 30, 2017 in the Philippines.
