Vaimiti Teiefitu was crowned Miss Tahiti 2015

18-year-old Vaimiti Teiefitu was crowned Miss Tahiti 2015 by the reigning Miss Tahiti Hinarere Taputu at the end of the pageant held on June 20, 2015. She is now the official representative of the French Polynesia in the 2016 Miss France pageant, to be held in Lille on December 19th.

Also, reigning Miss Tahiti 2014 Hinarere Taputu was declared Miss World France 2015 by Sylvie Tellier, the national director of the Miss France Pageant, before she turned over her crown to the beauty new queen.
