Regina Valter is Miss Universe Kazakhstan 2015

Regina Valter was crowned Miss Amalty 2015 and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2015. She will also compete in Miss Kazakhstan 2015 for a chance to represent her country in Miss World 2016. Since 2015 Agency San Bell announced that from that year on the winner of Miss Kazakhstan national beauty pageant will only go to Miss World. The representative for Miss Universe will be selected through the Miss Almaty contest whose organizer will solely be responsible for funding the participation in the contest.

Regina is a student of Engineering at the Tyumen University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, which is in Russia. The rules for selection of Miss Kazaksthan Universe were changed in the month of June.
