Age ain't nothing but a number! Meet Diana Estrada, Ms. El Paso Belleza Latina 2018

She has been competing in pageant for over 4 years and has always placed in the Top 5. The gorgeous Diana Estrada will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Ms Texas Belleza Latina 2018 in Austin - "Entering pageants a little late in life has been a bit challenging, but it has taught me that age is just a number" - she explained.

Diana is married to Carlos Estrada and they have three children: David, Debbie and Jessica. Her parents were born in Cd. Juarez, Mexico where she learned to embrace her family values and cultural traditions.

The Ms. Belleza Latina Pageant was founded in 2000 by Maria Torres to create Hispanic role models on a local and national level. They have opened up the system to single mothers, however not all the contestant are single mothers. Back in 2000, there weren’t many pageants that allow single mothers to compete.

The Ms Texas Belleza Latina organization focuses on empowering Latina women, it embraces our cultural background, and works to enhance, recognize, and honor it. Our goal is to create role models in our communities, inspire the desire for personal achievement and growth, encourage higher education, strong family values, and cultural pride.

Here we bring you the untold facts about Diana’s life and also her ideas, objectives and opinions… Have a look!

What do you expect to gain by competing in pageantry?

Entering pageants a little late in life has been a bit challenging, but it has taught me that age is just a number. Through my experiences with pageantry I have gained confidence, self-worth and learned the gift of giving and helping others. I gratefully stay very busy with title appearances, community events and volunteering.

What would you advise any young girl out there who has a dream of being a queen one day?

With desire, self-determination, perseverance and humbleness anything is possible.
