Many misses have said that their dream since a child was to participate in a pageant as prestigious as Miss World (or Miss Universe). It this your case ? And if so, why ?
When I was five-years-old, my dream job was to be both a dentist (I loved people’s smiles) and Miss Universe! I grew up watching the pageant with my grandmother, my Mimi, and remember thinking the women on stage were like princesses. With age, I’d learn that the responsibilities of Miss Universe are much more than just wearing a pretty crown. Flash forward 20 years later, and my love of seeing people smile is the reason why I still dream of becoming Miss Universe! I am very proud and dedicated to the work I do with childhood education and empowerment within Massachusetts, and I am determined to grow this to the national, and global level.

What would you advise any young girl out there who has a dream of being a queen one day?
Be kind to the people around you, believe in yourself, and always try your hardest. If you can do all of those things, you are already a queen.
