Witney Shikongo, the next Leila Lopes ?

Leila Lopes Miss Universe 2011 from Angola

Leila Lopes is the fourth Miss Universe from Africa, but only the second African of African descent. In 2011 she made history for her country after becoming the very first Miss Angola to be crowned Miss Universe.
