The next Jennifer Hawkins ? Tegan Martin will represent Australia at Miss Universe 2014. Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler from Venezuela will crown her successor during the grand coronation night of 63rd Miss Universe beauty pageant competition.
The gorgeous blonde was crowned Miss Universe Australia on the 6 June 2014, ten years after Jennifer Hawkins’s crowning as Miss Universe. Tegan Martin grew up in Jewells, Newcastle, attending St Joseph’s Primary School Charlestown and then St Mary’s High School Gateshead, until Year 10 when she left to become a full-time hairdressing apprentice at Pandora’s Hair Witchery. Martin has been living in Sydney for the last few years in order to further her modeling career. She is now studying a bachelor of health science and is a qualified hair and make-up artist.

Olivia Wells represented Australia at Miss Universe 2013 on november in Moscow. Although considered a favourite, she failed to place in the semifinals, ending Australia’s five-year streak of consecutive placements in Miss Universe, from 2008 through 2012.
