Lillian Lightbourn, 24, was crowned Miss Bermuda World. She will represent Bermuda at Miss World 2014 this December. Miss World 2014, will be the 64th edition of the Miss World pageant held on December 14 at ExCeL in London, UK. Megan Young of the Philippines will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Lilian Lightbourn is a Bermudian model, she currently lives and works in New York for Trump Models.
When asked why she decided to enter the Miss Bermuda pageant, Miss Lightbourn said, “I decided to enter the pageant when I traveled to South Africa last year and realized it is not about me, but about everyone you influence along the way. My time there was inspiring and I felt myself grow up. I have so much to be thankful for from God and I really want to share those things with my country.” (BerNews.com)
